The blue lotus (Nymphaea Caerulea) is a wondrous and mystical flower that has roots in ancient Egypt. You can even see depictions of it on ancient papyri and on the walls of tombs. Such was the flower’s importance!
It has been used throughout history as a medicine to treat all sorts of different conditions. From anxiety relief, treating insomnia, and even schizophrenia… this particular flower has many benefits.
But beyond just relieving ailments, what truly makes the blue lotus special is its spiritual properties!
